Julia’s practice focuses on employment litigation, business litigation and counseling clients on employment-related issues. Julia has handled cases at every stage of the litigation process. Her employment litigation experience includes representation of employers in defense of claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge and non-compete issues.
Julia is licensed to practice in Kansas and Missouri as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Western District of Missouri, District of Kansas, Eastern District of Missouri and Southern District of Illinois.
